Do not try this at home...

According to today's scripture reference, the Sun and the Moon were each tasked with ruling the day and the night respectively. Up to this day, the Sun follows his designated course as the ruler of the day, but the moon has these tendency to wander around during the day at times. I guess you could say it is because the moon suffers from mood swings and when it's going through certain "phases", it doesn't want to feel lonely and decides to hang out with the Sun.

Now, here is a question for you out there. If the Sun, Moon and Stars were created at this point, where did the light that shone over the planet since "day 1" came from? This is something that I puzzled about for a long time. I have an idea, but would like to know what YOU think, if you don't mind.

Scripture Reference: Genesis 1: 14-18
